How to use :-For Knee/Hip Riser, Stand with your back to the back rests.Place your fore arms on the rest at right angle from your upper arms and position them at shoulder width apart. Hold the handle bars.When secure raise your legs in front of you to the height you are comfortable with. For push up bars, Grip the handle, pull body in upward direction,and recover the process. Repeat the process. Rest your back on the backrest frame. Raise your hands and grasp the handle bar. And bend your back slowly. Benefits :- Strengthen upper body, abdominal, arm muscles, forearms and shoulder muscles.
